Last Days to Participate in Global Social Media Survey

The Lionbridge Global Social Media Survey that we've been conducting over the last 6 weeks is closing this Sunday, January 31.

It has been a real learning experience, both in terms of results, as well as how to use Social Media and get people to participate in a survey all over the world. We believe it's the first Social Media study to be conducted in 20 languages and are looking forward to sharing the results.

LanguagesFor now though, suffice it to say, of the surveys that were completed in a language other than English, Simplified Chinese had the most participants followed closely by French for France.

Surprisingly, up until last week I only had one participant in Russian. I decided to try a more personalized approach, so asked our VP of Vendor Management to send my personal email request to his partners in Russia. I was overwhelmed by the response to this request: within an hour I had 50 click-throughs on the bit.ly URL. Thanks to our partners in Russia, they are now #6 in surveys completed.
